Jewel Savoy
Born and raised on the South Dakota prairie, Jewel swapped the Dakotas for the Carolinas after six years of flying back and forth for college. Jewel double majored in French and multimedia journalism, which served her well as she traveled internationally the next two summers and created media for locals she visited.
While pursuing her MA in communication studies, Jewel developed her love for advocacy through teaching university speech and writing classes. Now, her position as an SEO content marketer for tiptop allows her to advocate both for her clients’ business growth and for their customers’ quest for solutions.
Jewel’s hobbies include freelance audio editing for radio broadcasting, speech tutoring, and expanding her recipe collection (much to her loving husband’s delight.)

- Jewel’s great-great-grandfather emigrated from Holland, and she learned from locals that her ancestors were likely shoe carvers who used shark skin as sand paper.
